Delivery Information We usually deliver our products to you within 5 business days. The production of your custom order takes 48 hours after we have received a payment from you. As soon as the order is finished, it is handed over to one of the courier companies such as UPS, which takes 1-3 working days to process and deliver the package to you.

Payments

How can I pay for an order?

1. Bank Transfer – when paying by bank transfer, it is important to fill in our bank details, the order amount as well as your order number in the transfer notes. Please make sure you have everything filled in correctly to avoid possible complications. With this method of payment, the order is put into production only after the funds have been credited to our account, which can take up to 2 working days. If you need to have the order put into production faster, please send us a confirmation of payment to our e-mail: info@shirttuning.com
Bank Transfers do not have any additional fees.

2. Cash on Delivery – when paying by cash on delivery, you will pay for the order when receiving the product. Cash on Delivery has an additional charge of 3 €.

3. Credit & Debit card or online banking via the GoPay payment gateway – when paying by credit card or online banking you are redirected directly to the GoPay payment gateway where you will fill in the necessary information, then you will receive a confirmation to approve the payment and after successful payment you will be automatically redirected back to the page shirttuning.com
Payment by card or online banking via GoPay is free of charge.

4. PayPal – Simply use your PayPal account to process the payment. Payment via PayPal is free of charge.

What should I do if I have a problem with my payment?

Is it possible to pay for the order via an invoice?

Unfortunately, we don't offer this option at this time. The order must be paid for using the payment methods we offer.

I accidentally paid for the order twice, what should I do?

If you have paid for the order twice, please contact us immediately at: info@shirttuning.sk
Please include:
• Order Number
• Total Amount
• Your Account number in IBAN format with SWIFT code
• Proof that you have paid for the order more than once.

We will verify the payments and after verifying the double payment, we will immediately send the funds back to your account.
