How do I know that I have completed the order correctly?

A correctly completed order means that we have shown you our so-called Thank You Page with the order number, if you did not get to the thank you page, something went wrong with your order :(

How do I go through the ordering process correctly?

Ordering procedure
• design your product using our Creator
• select the size and quantity
• click on the cart and choose "checkout"
• provide shipping and billing address - if you are ordering for your company, be sure to include ID and VAT!
• choose your preferred shipping method
• choose your preferred payment method
• be sure to indicate that you agree to the Terms & Conditions and processing of personal data
• click on the "complete the order" button
• when paying by paypal or credit card / online banking you will be redirected to a paypal or gopay payment gateway
If you successfully pay for the order, you will be redirected back to our page where you will see a thank you for the order with the order number.
Within a few seconds, we will send the order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order.
• when paying by debit or cash on delivery the thank you page is displayed almost immediately after clicking on the "complete order" option, you will see your order number. After a few seconds, we will send the order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order.

Can I place an order via phone or e-mail?

No, unfortunately, we do not offer this option. Every single order must go through our ordering process. We do not accept orders by phone or e-mail. We consider it important for the customer to choose the product with which he/she will be satisfied with, create it according to his/her own ideas and order it in the comfort of their home. During the ordering process, the private information of each customer is provided. Our company has no right to manipulate them unless the customer asks us for additional modifications or changes to the order. Our support center is available to all of our customers if they need advice or help completing the order.

Can I order the products in a brick-and-mortar store?

No, unfortunately, we do not run a brick-and-mortar store. We only accept orders online.

I didn't receive the order confirmation email, what should I do?

If you did not receive an order confirmation email within a few seconds of completing your order, please:
• check your spam folder
• ensure you entered the correct email
• it is possible that you did not complete the order successfully - you did not complete the payment via the selected payment method, so you did not get to the thank you page with the order number
E-mail or call us, include your name and ask us to check your order.

Do you offer image background removal?

YES - When you insert your own image, you can choose to remove the background directly in our Creator.
You must enable this option.
This is a paid option.
If you have the remove background option selected, the fee will be shown in your shopping cart as well.
We remove the background before the actual production. We do not offer automatic previews in advance.
If you wish to remove the background with a special request, write to us immediately after placing the order, send us your order number and instructions.
In addition to removing the background, we also offer various other image adjustments, these adjustments are currently free of charge. It is possible to choose them directly in our creator, they will be reflected directly on the inserted image on the product.
